[CQ-Contest] Online Scoreboarding Update

Not to be confused with the excellent work that others
are doing with offering an XML-based score "roundup"
system using existing logging systems...

RFSport Logger has been updated.  Participants all use
the same loging system (levelling the playing field in
one way) that sends scoring and logging information to
a central Scoreboard.

You can get a copy of the latest release, just in time
for the 432 MHz Sprint on Thursday night by visiting

This version now includes a text-based help file and a
couple bug fixes.
