[CQ-Contest] node outage, new ip

My isp's isp got cut off by verizon, I now have a new static ip of
159.250.59.2.  the k1ttt.net domain name will take a bit to update, until
that propagates to your dns the web site won't work.  the node is available
at the ip address now but may be up and down as my isp sorts out their new
provider and gets phone numbers switched over, etc.
