[CQ-Contest] ARRL says no to opening logs...

Yes, but what happens if you get a card from both K4BAI and K4DAI?  Do you really know who is correct?  There are several NN3s and at least one NN2 running around the contest and DX circles.  If I work a station, could NN3A claim credit for my QSOs by sending a card in?  Possiby.
