On the surface, according to the rules as stated, methinks you are right, 
Paul.  But is slinging a fallen antenna back into it's original place 
really an "adjustment" (vs. trimming or adding wire to achieve a desired 
resonance & SWR)???  Hmmm.  The Contest Lawyer's have gotta love this kind 
of hair-splitting example.

BTW, I wish it were as easy to work you in SS as on this Reflector :-)
