Yuri, K3BU, has a Records web page for each:

  (Does not include records by Section, but by call area.)
  The QST and web articles for the 2005 edition of the
  ARRL 160 Contest refer to tables with records, but I
  couldn't find these tables anywhere. Does someone know
  where they are?
