[CQ-Contest] Spotting

It would also help or encourage people to go to rare DX locations. A
DXpedition couldn't justify the expense and trouble if they sat and
called CQ all day with a few S&P stations lucky enough to come across
them answering their CQ. By being spotted they will get more contacts
and thus a higher score. I can remember sitting portable DU calling CQ
Contest for maybe 10 minutes with no replies, then one JA answered me,
then in the next few minutes I had a mini pileup of JA's and HL's. I'm
sure it was because someone spotted me even if I didn't ask for them to
do so. Maybe I just sounded lonely.
