[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Night Practice Party December 28 - modified STEW PERRY rules

NCCC PRACTICE PARTY  continues this week,
Dec. 28 local date in North America;   Dec. 29 Zulu time.

Our event this week retains some of the flavors of the NCCC Sprint for SO2R 
practice, and is a good set-up/warm-up for the 160m Stew Perry Top Band 
competition, starting at 15Z, Dec. 30.

30 minutes starting at 0330Z, and TWO bands!
-- Start 0330Z (Thursday - 1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)

  A combination of Stew Perry and NS (NCCC Sprint) rules:
BANDS:   80 & 160m only: --  3540,  1815; +/-5.
Send Stew Perry exchange, (grid square);  Stew Perry scoring (your software 
should handle this.)

-- CW only, choice of power (Q,L,H); dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q on 
the same band, 1 KHz QSY.
Back-to-back QSOs with same station on the two bands are OK.

On Friday, Dec. 29 in North America, we'll run another 30 minute practice 
(0330-04Z Dec. 30) using the real STEW PERRY RULES, 160m only.  Look for an 
announcement from N6ZFO.

-- Report scores near 3830 LSB after the practice,  at 0400Z (8 PM PDT) on
the weekly NCCC contest net), or send your score directly to the 3830
