[CQ-Contest] IARU Region I High Speed Telegraphy Championship

     If anyone from the USA (licensed or otherwise) is interested in
attending the IARU Region I High Speed Telegraphy Championship in Primorsko, 
Bulgaria, September 20-24, it looks like Joe Moell K0OV is willing to 
do the paperwork on behalf of the ARRL to get the USA officially invited.
USA competitors would presumably not be eligible for IARU Region I competitive
rankings, but just like international ARDF competitions, are welcome to
participate and share in the experience.
