[CQ-Contest] ARRL DX CW US/VE only cluster on line - NOT!

A hardware failure has taken this node out again.  I will try and get it
fixed for ARRL SSB.

Dx.w1nr.net is still running strong.

I have the special cluster node at usdx.w1nr.net (64.105.110.67) up for the
weekend.  Spots are filtered to display only CW contest band spots
originating from stations in the US and Canada.  For unfiltered access, use
dx.w1nr.net.
