Claudio,

Don't feel bad.  I live in Louisiana and havent received mine yet either.
For that matter, if its supposed to arrive a few days PRIOR to the month's
issue, I routinely receive mine around 25 days into the month.  Usually
leaves the propagation forecasts and whatnot useless.
