[CQ-Contest] NAQP and 75 Meters

Is this guy trying to be the new poster boy for everything that is wrong with contesting. If so he is succeeding. At what point does respect enter into contesting. The DX Window has been around a long, long, time. There is a reason for the DX Window. Waving around part 97, and threatening guys like NN3W did, does not help the image of the contesting community. Somewhere along the road the word compromise needs to work its way into the conversation.
There are probably 10 guys who don't contest to everyone who does. We are outnumbered. We need to try to improve our image, not bully those other guys around. I don't participate in SSB contests anymore because it's not worth all the hassles. Now the same nasty rhetoric is entering in our community on our mailing list.
There were recently several 'threads' about attracting new, and or casual, contesters. As long as there guys like NN3W & K9GX, and others, we might worry about keeping what we have before we try to expand.
p.s. (Before you send me flames wait a few hours and see if its still useful/important to flame me)

Don't worry about the world coming to an end today.
It's already tomorrow in Australia

I sent KB5PKW this message last night:
Please advise as to where a "DX window" is referenced in part 97 C.F.R.
If you're unclear as to what part 97 C.F.R is go to the FCC website,
www.fcc.gov for clarification.
Guess what, no answer.
I enjoy DXing too but when I ask whether a frequency is in use and nobody
answers I'm going to use that frequency.
This clown is too busy playing band cop to be a DXer.............
Mark, K9GX
