Bullyragging the directors (of any national society) does not achieve the 
goal of perpetuating our principles.  The directors represent the 
constituents of which we are but a fraction.  *We* need to sell our values 
and vision to the other constituents. Without more hams sharing our values, 
it matters not what the directors  think.

Said alternately, is ham radio about *us* or is it about ham radio?  Perhaps 
Part 97.1 can offer guidance in this regard.
