[CQ-Contest] Wires only?

As an apartment dweller, this message comes at the right time for me. While
I continue to get by doing the guest op thing at places like NQ4I, I can't
be flyin' all over the place ALL the time and am increasingly finding myself
frustrated during the down times. As Chuck points out, coming up with a real
and workable class for Little Pistols and Wet Noodle types would go a long
way toward beefing up the bottom end, so to speak.

And to Jeff, KU8E, this is far, far removed from adding an HP class to NAQP
;)
