Further to my question, I also encountered a problem logging ALL VE3 
QSOs.  The program would not recognize them when they were new 
multipliers (VE3 as a call area/province and V*3RAC as a bonus), 
although it would log them.  I find this strange.  Again, any ideas 
or explanations?
