Just to be clear, there are two approaches to the
whole Realtime Scoreboarding initiative:

Bruce's XML-based open-system that is presently under
development and seeing some limited testing at this
time. It is designed to allow any logging author to
build-in the capability to their existing system.

RFSport.com's initiative, where the logging system is
proprietary for now. This is designed to "level the
playing field" of differences between competitors.
This is the "NASCAR" version of radiosporting. The
challenge is to not have a "bell and whistle" that
someone else doesn't have -- and still be able to beat
them! Additionally, the log is plainly shown as well
as a score summary. Call signs are masked until the
end of the event, when they reveal for all to see (and
dispute). http://www.RFSport.com has a "Scoreboard
Central" hyperlink with historic examples, if you're
interested.
