Peter,

Yes, I am normal person my friend.
Just see the statistics below and you will understand that at some point
good sense is lost by some HQ stns

IARU 2005

QSOs made with own country

GB5HQ - 3120 out of 12 515 (app 30 % )
EM7HQ - 1976 out of 10 947 (app 20 % )
R9HQ - 1621 - out of 7 638 (app. 22 % )
SN0HQ- 8203 out of 17 584 (app. 45 % )
DA0HQ - app. 9 000 out of 19 900 (app. 46 % )

Also see how the percentage of QSOs with own country has changed through the
years for DA0HQ and compare with what is given above

year place total QSOs QSOs with DL % vs total QSOs no.
1992 2. 10.813 2.395 22
1993 2. 8.934 2.472 27.6
1994 2. 8.801 3.131 35.5
1995 5. 9.233 2.318 25
1996 1. 10.837 2.841 26
1997 2. 11.840 3.749 31.6
( treshhold of about 30 % )
1998 1. 12.931 5.237 40.5
1999 1. 18.473 7.518 40.6
2000 1. 19.831 8.586 43.3
2001 2. 19.978 9.394 47
2002 1. 18.735 8.161 43.5
2003 1. 19.046 9.748 51

I would say, that having every SECOND QSO in contest with own
country is intentionally seeking a loophole in formal rules, Peter ?
If you think it is not - then I have nothing more to say or comment :-).

As I and Franky have pointed out may be the solution of this problem is to
get back to normal sense and contesting as it was done in period of 1992 -
1997.Winning 1st place by any means is NOT the way one has to go at least
for me. If one checks out the cluster he will be able to mention other
disturbing things,too.

So, let's get back to fun of contesting and forget about the win by any
means :-).

73, Wally
