[CQ-Contest] CW keying using PC - IC706MKII

I suspect that the problem is that the 706 requires a stero type of 
connector and the connector for cw keying on the TS 870 is   mono.   I 
think that a bit of playing with a stero jack and the key output from the 
computer and the 706 set for strait key and it will work.
