[CQ-Contest] Cheating by M/S - 3 QSO "penalty" by K3BU

I believe that's my point about a possible "flaw" in the Cabrillo logging format.
It's the logger checkers that determine valid QSOs, multipliers
and QSO point assignment.

The Cabrillo format log submission has no claimed score,
the logger checkers determine the score. I still do not
agree with this type of adjudication.

A couple of current logging programs enable manual assignment
of QSO points, which reflect operator skill and knowledge.

Here's an excerpt from a document describing Cabrillo in the
beginning:

"Cabrillo is intended to be a low-tech sort of "least common
denominator" format, both easy to generate and easy to read.
Different contest administrators use different tools to read the logs,
so a format which is both fixed column and space delimited was found
to be the least disruptive to present log-checking procedures."

Log checkers determining my score and not me - in my opinion is not the best.
Having log checkers "judge" a claimed score - better or best.
