There should be such a law.

Nobody likes contesting more than I, but I am appalled that such a
thing would even be thought about. The WARC bands are a refuge for
people who dislike contests and they MUST be kept as such.

Calling something an "activity" will not placate the anti-contest
folks. Anything organized with the purpose of getting people on the
WARC bands will be lumped together with "contests" and the fur will
fly.

Please let sleeping bands lie.
