[CQ-Contest] Montenegro - a new Ham country?

Since the successful vote for independence on May 21st, it would seem that
Montenegro is now a separate country from Serbia. Is this official yet? Does
anyone know what has to take place for Serbia and Montenegro to become two
independent countries on the 'World Stage' ?

>From a Ham Radio perspective, I assume that when this happens the DXCC list
will increase by one. The current list

Will there be separate prefixes for each country?
