[CQ-Contest] Montenegro - a new Ham country?

PS - it seems that officials in Podgorica have set July 13 - the date of
Montenegro's original independence in 1878 - as their unofficial target for
a new declaration of independence. Is the Ham community intending to match
this as the date when the lists, and possibly the prefixes, will change? Who
knows when and what's happening?
