I was reminded by comments here of the way I improved cooling on my MLA
2500. I had a dryer hose going into the rear with a big squirrel cage blower
at the other end, down cellar. I owned 3 or 4 MLA 2500's, and between the
three of them I think I replaced every part in them, including the plate
transformer and tubes.  Tubes are no longer available as far as I know, so I
wouldnt touch one today (with 8875's). I love my AL1500.  JACK W1WEF
