[CQ-Contest] JARL HQ Stations for the IARU HF Championship

Dear contesters,

For the 2006 IARU HF Championship, JARL will establish 6 HQ stations in
various regions of Japan (IOTA AS-007 and AS-078).  Each station may
be heard on other bands than specified below outside the Contest in
the week of 3rd July.

All QSOs will be QSLed automatically via the buro.
