[CQ-Contest] Over The Horizon Radar

If you go to my web page there is audio recorded on 75 meter SSB. The most 
likely places, for us out west, is 75/80m and the low end of 40 in the early 
morning hours. 10-14Z. The signals are usually well over 9.

  Intruders on 160 through 40 meters. Working with the FCC, ITU and other
  agencies it is hoped to remove these stations from the air.

  If you care enough to keep your ham bands free of Intruders then take a
