[CQ-Contest] WRTC USA Kids Fund

With WRTC coming soon - and due to some very messy news from Varig - our 
USA entrant who is under 25 has some difficuly decisions to make about
getting a second ticket to Brazil.

If possible - you can still make a contribution to the WRTC USA Youth
Fund.  These dollars will go directly to the person in need and are 
tax deductible.
