[CQ-Contest] Topband: IARU HF test activity on 160

In 2006 the Royal Union of Belgian Radio Amateurs  (UBA) will participate in
the IARU contest on July 8 and 9.
We have put together a very competitive team to man 12 band-mode slots to
present you with the 'UBA' multiplier. We also have a special callsign:
