this is flagrant cheating He was using phony call signs and hoping NOT TO GET CAUGHT.  He knew
the rules, no doubt he knew the consequences.
 
new blood like this we don't need.

Ok, guys, I'd like to suggest something here.  

I'm an old fart, and many of you are too, but this guy's NOT.  He's a
YOUNGSTER.  I'm sure he's gotten the point.  Now let's do this:  MOVE ON!  

We're going to drive this kid under a rock if we keep up this harrangue,
message after message, with his call in the subject line.  If I were a kid
that thought I had a great idea of how to improve my score, I'd probably try
it too, till I found out it wasn't ethical.

So if the objective is to drive out new blood, let's keep at it. Otherwise,
ENOUGH, ALREADY!
