Yep, it sure is.  But if you operate a contest, you need to stay within the 
rules.

 They should just make an "unlimited" class where absolutely anything 
goes--3 kw, self spotting, internet skeds--whatever.   People would probably 
still find a way to cheat in that catagory :-)  73
