[CQ-Contest] New entry categories for the two Radio Amateurs of Canada (RAC) contests.

Good day everyone

The RAC contest management team would like to announce the addition 
of two new categories for the RAC Canada Day Contest and the RAC 
Winter Contest.

These new categories are:
      Single Operator All Bands CW only, any authorized power
      Single Operator All Bands PH only, any authorized power

The first contest to use these new categories will be the July 1 
running of the RAC Canada Day Contest.  The new rules will be 
published in the next issues of The Canadian Amateur (TCA) and will 
be available on the RAC web site early in April.

For those of you reading this who might be software authors, the 
contest committee would appreciate it if you could update you 
software to reflect the following categories:

RAC Contest Categories:
The following 9 categories will be used in the RAC Canada Day and RAC 
Winter contest commencing with the 2006 contest season.

o SOABHP - Single Operator All Bands High Power (> 100 watts)
o SOABLP - Single Operator All Bands Low Power (max. 100 W output)
o SOABQRP & SOSBQRP - Single Operator QRP (max. 5 watt output) All 
Bands & Single Band
o SOABCW - Single Operator All Bands CW only, any authorized power
o SOABPH - Single Operator All Bands PH only, any authorized power
o SOAB - Single Operator Single Band, any authorized power
o MOSTHP - Multi-Operator Single Transmitter High Power (> 100 watts)
o MOSTLP - Multi-Operator Single Transmitter Low Power (max. 100 W output)
o MOMT - Multi-Operator Multi Transmitter, any authorized power
