You CW guys....... We SSB ops have the same sort of thing happening too!
About fifteen years ago in the middle of the 20 meter morning run around
0800Z
on the second night, I fell asleep during a 150 hour. I must not have been

out long, since I heard about five stations calling me, but was so groggy I

didn't know what was going on and it took me about a minute to respond,
type
them in the log and begin the run again...very disoriented.

I'm using an ICE 135B preamp and have been pleased with it. I rarely
find the need to use it with my Beverage, but always use it with my
rotatable receiving loop. Specs are 1.8-5 MHz, 20 db gain (variable).

Yes, Mal. There was a lot of activity on 15 M in 7QP. It opened rather
late here, but it was wide open. I made 12 QSOs on 15 CW and 5 on 15
SSB. Nothing heard here on 10 though. Can anyone tell me how to QSL
W7D/M? I worked that station in several WY counties, and Niobrara was
an all-time new one for me. Thanks for any help. 73, John, K4BAI.

I have to Echo " Quack " the same remark from the Left coast. Really great

to have the activity from all over the country. I wanted to send a log for
NEQP along with one for 7QP but it would really have been a hassel to try
and do 2 Logs so as to get the mults down correctly. I had 1100 plus Q's
and 59 Mults for 7QP but I've never had so many dupes in a log before, If
they called they went into the log, The one problem I had was with N1MM
Logger and in order to Log what was sent I got an ERR message and no score
for the Q so I just entered the state.

The real advantage to those old pre-amps is they were TUBE stuff and not
near as subject to overload as them durn transisterators thingies.

Doug,
Did you reclassify the operation prior to submittal or
did the ARRL? In what year did this happen?
