[CQ-Contest] HELP-Accused of Cheating

Was it an "official" note or was it just from another contester or fellow 
amateur?  If it was from the FCC, you'd need to reply to it.  If it was an 
OO card, it's maybe something to respond to.  Otherwise, I'd probably just 
ignore it if I was legal at the time. How can he prove you were?  That 
seems as difficult as you proving you weren't.
