[CQ-Contest] Toughest SS CW sections 2006

I was surprised that not that many missed NL. I think there were 3 of us on
so we were pretty well represented compared to other sections. I did S&P
exclusively but VO1TA and VO1HP ran at times. If anyone listened to, or was
participating in, their pileups, you'll know why I don't run in CW HI.

I did see several cries for NL on the cluster and was tempted to respond
with a freq but thought better of it. :)

I'll be running in the phone contest so have a listen for me.
