[CQ-Contest] section names, SD v SDG

You'd think so but, alas, I worked many N2 stations in WA and W6 Stations in
MDC. W1VE was in KY. I don't know how many different prefixes numbers I got
from Florida.

Because there is no absolute relationship between prefix number and
location, you just have to go with what you're given.
