[CQ-Contest] dsl now working!

It only took 3 weeks, but verizon finally got the speed setting right on my
dsl line.  I expect to switch my node and web server over to it shortly.
Besides the delay updating dns, expect some outages this weekend while I
rearrange equipment and make sure I have the rf out of the system.  The ip
will be 159.250.21.240, but you should only use that if absolutely necessary
while the dns update propagates.
