[CQ-Contest] Definition of Non-Assisted

Ed,

I am on the ARRL Contest Advisory Committee, but I am not going to 
comment because the official position comes from the contest department 
at ARRL HQ.  After all, our committee has "advisory" in its name.

My PERSONAL OPINION is the W5OV's recent e-mail on this topic is right 
on point.
