[CQ-Contest] CAQP SSB contacts

[J. Edward (Ed) Muns]

There are no single mode categories in CQP, only mixed.  There are plaques
for "Most SSB QSOs" and "Most CW QSOs", but there is no requirement that the
winner be single mode.

So leave all contacts in your log.  Simple for you and simple for the log
checkers.
