[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Night Practice Party OCTOBER 12 - NS rules, and 60 Minutes!

NCCC PRACTICE PARTY (formerly THURSDAY  NIGHT MADNESS) continues this week,
Oct. 12, local date in North America;   Oct.13 Z time

Due to popular request, 60 minutes starting at 0200Z, and four bands!
-- Start 0200Z (1900 PDT, 2000 MDT, 2100 CDT 2200 EDT)

This Thursday, we continue with modified NS (NCCC Sprint) rules :
BANDS:  20, 40, 80, 160m: -- 14040, 7040, 3540,  1815; +/-5.  New mults 
count on all four bands
-- CW only, 100 watts, dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q on the same 
band, 1 KHz QSY.
Back-to-back QSOs with same station on different bands are OK.
