[CQ-Contest] Hy Gain parts service???

On September 29 I ordered some repair parts for a TH6DX that I have in Bogota - plenty of time since
I'm leaving on October 17 - right?   Since I haven't received them after 13 days I just called and was
told by "Tom" that he's "just now" filling the order!!!  Now he has to use 2nd day mail to get the items
to me before I leave.
Any others have the same experience?  Might be good to know in case you need something "quickly"!
