[CQ-Contest] Single Op Single Band + DX Spotting

Is my interpretation correct that I can enter CQWW as Single Op Single
Band with DX Spotting Net?  I know it puts me in the High Power
category, but still single band.  And is this a deviation from the
past?  I always thought that use of spotting networks also put in you
in all-band category.
