As Ed notes, the preferred method is http://logs.cqp.org/.

Email to logs at cqp.org will reach a robot that will send you
A confirmation.

Email to info at cqp.org and cqp at contesting.com will reach a
'manual' robot which has been a little under the WX since
Wednesday afternoon.
