[CQ-Contest] SSB in CW band

The fly in your ointment Hans is I live in the middle of the block on 40th
St. I have a 3 car garage and because of rules and regulations I have the
right to drive on my street, except in a declared emergency. A couple of
'goof-balls' in big noisy trucks do not have the right to block my street,
at both ends and in the middle, from its normal/reasonable daily use. After
they have totally polluted my neighborhood then they disappear only to
reappear a few months later and pollute a perfectly good neighborhood again.
Eventually the residents of 40th St are going to get tired and rebel. Sadly
when these folks finally rebel I fear they will redefine the word ugly
unless someone establishes parameters where the goof-balls can park their
big noisy trucks.

If "40th Street" is closed, take a detour over to "30th Street", or "80th
Street", or "20th Street", or even "11th Street".
