what will at times be a thankless job.
(I'm sure you know this well from DXCC.)

sport in his wake, and I look forward
to the coming years with you on board.

Contesters are some of the most clever 
and intriguing folks around, and yes at
times, irascible. I hope you make many
new friends in the contesting community.
