[CQ-Contest] QST Cover Plaque Poll

     ARRL members can vote for the QST Cover Plaque award for the 
September, 2006 edition of QST.  One of the candidate articles from that 
issue is K6LA's "Learning from Your Log Checking Report", one of the
only non-results articles about contesting that has appeared in QST in 
many, many years, and N0AX's "2006 ARRL International DX Phone Results".
