yes we have also some 6m version here 20-60 MHz
they cann be also rebuild to operated from 14-60 MHz
400 Euro is a common price in EU for LV6 now
of course you cann still find in OK/SP/UR some for less
I think GU84B is the best tube for replacement;not quite expensive and easy 
to find!
some guy from UR use also 2 x GU43B in LV6 (this is not possible in 6 m 
version)
my favorit tube for replacemnt is GU78B!

yes, use of LV6 is quite common here in Germany of course.
I bought 10 for 1000,- DM, three of them were the 6m versions, that was 15
years ago.
They are solid enough to be converted to other tubes as well, like GU-84 or
TH327.

you can buy LV6 for about 400-500 Euro without PS if you dont have some RF
and electronic parts at your home you will need about 1500 Euro more to
inverst to get this amp working propertly.
it´s not fast and smal like Alpha or Acom but it´s cheap and very reliable!
