I found this very professional video of the OT5A Club superstation's CQ WPX 
operation.

Their setup in the World War I "Fort of Lier" is amazing!   It is a 
permanent club location,
but it has the feel of Field Day with generators etc.  They have a full 
kitchen cooking meals
etc.

ON-Land is very serious about contesting, that is for sure!
