[CQ-Contest] New Contester category on contesting.com

In case you haven't noticed, the contesting.com home page has changed !

At the top of the page is the new category "New to Contesting ?". Not quite a 
"big red button", but a step in the right direction.

I encourage you to look at what is currently on-line, and upload new articles. I 
will be acting is moderator for this category.
