[CQ-Contest] NCCC net following Thursday Sprints

The Thursday night net at 0300Z, following the NCCC Sprints at 0230Z, is 
attempting to find a clear frequency near the bottom of the new Extra band 
segment.  3630 was occupied last week, so let's try 3610 +/- this 
week.  Net control will announce a listening frequency above 3800 for 
General Class ops.

All contesters are welcome to participate, and any contest-related topic is 
encouraged.  Antenna/audio checks are a usual activity during our net, but 
we mostly discuss the preceding NS scores and activity.
