My guess is that these are all the non-expedition VY0s.  VY0PW has a 
callbook address, but it is in Saskatchewan (?).  I also found this 
expedition call sign in the QRZ.com database:

A search on DX Summit for "VY0" shows that the most active native VY0 on
HF in 2007 has been VY0AB.
