[CQ-Contest] Contest Results for WRTC 2010

Nice job Jamie. I had created one of these just for my own scores and it
took some time. I think it will be fun to see how things play out over the
next 2 years. Having someone keeping a running scoreboard will help generate
some fun (everyone can still try to qualify even if they don't want to go).

As I read the qualifying rules, it indicated 1 NA Sprint CW per year and 1
NA Sprint Phone per year. Your worksheet combines the two modes into one.

By allowing IARU 2006 scores to count, the WRTC committee gave an extra
advantage to those who did not get to Brazil. They get one extra contest
for qualifying credit.
