Hi Contesters!

In compliance with my proposal, for the foreign participants the 10 minutes
restriction has been deleted from the rules of the HA-DX contest. The
Contest Committee will evaluate the logs in conformity with the
international practices.

CABRILLO format logs shall be sent to mrasz at mrasz.axelero.net or
"MRASZ Contest Committee, P.O.Box: 11, H-1400 Budapest"
